Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver comprehensive ESL instruction to learners of all ages (preschool to high school), focusing on building foundational skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
2. Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with students' current proficiency levels and learning objectives.
3. Assess student progress regularly through formative evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
4. Organize interactive extracurricular activities such as English corners, drama performances, and cultural festivals to enhance language immersion and student engagement.
5. Collaborate with Chinese and international teaching staff to support holistic student development and effective classroom management.

Job Requirements
1. Native English speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills.
2. Passionate about language education, with a patient, enthusiastic, and positive teaching demeanor.
3. Proficient in classroom management techniques and skilled in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
4. Able to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and student needs.
5. Committed to long-term employment and able to obtain a valid Chinese work visa and residence permit.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in English, Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
2. Hold a recognized TESOL/TEFL certificate (minimum 120 hours).
3. A minimum of 2 years of relevant ESL teaching experience in international schools or bilingual institutions.
4. Familiarity with popular English language teaching methodologies and curricula is a plus.
5. A clean criminal background check and good health condition.
