Job Responsibilities：
1. Proficient in PBL teaching methodology, meticulously prepare middle school teaching plans and curriculum outlines to deliver course instruction;
2. Skilled in classroom management, capable of fostering student interest in learning while cultivating effective study habits and methodologies;
3. Ensure thorough preparation of teaching aids and instructional materials, diligently develop lesson plans to achieve high-quality completion of teaching objectives and tasks;
4. Compile creative and differentiated assignments, complete homework assignments and grading tasks on time; monitor student homework completion and track learning progress;
5. Actively participate in various collective teaching research activities, training seminars, academic conferences, and other comprehensive events organized by the school and department;
6. Possess effective communication skills with students, parents, and the school; care for students' physical and mental well-being, helping them develop a healthy, positive learning mindset and good living habits;
7. Demonstrate strong learning capacity and ambition, continuously improve oneself, pursue excellence, and be willing to grow alongside the school.
8. Cooperate in implementing all school rules and regulations; diligently complete other tasks assigned by the principal.
Qualifications：
1.Education Background： Full-time bachelor's degree or higher in English or related fields.
2.Work Experience：3 years or more of relevant work experience in a similar position.
3. Certifications：TEFL,TSOL,PGCE,QTS
4. Skills and Competencies： Possess a solid foundation in educational fundamentals, including modules such as pedagogy, psychology, educational psychology, teaching materials and methods, and professional ethics.
5. Other Requirements： Passionate about the education profession, possessing strong professional ethics, capable of performing educational and teaching duties。
