◉Key Responsibilities:
•Plan and teach English language and leveled reading lessons aligned with the TSP curriculum, ensuring lessons are engaging and tailored to student needs.
•Take charge of homeroom management two days per week, maintaining a full English environment and guiding students in daily routines, behavior, and teamwork.
•Act as a mentor to a small group of 1–3 students, providing academic guidance and helping them adjust to school life.
•Provide planning documents identifying specific learning objectives, differentiated tasks, special needs, extension and assessment, to the Principals or other authorized officer.
•Co-lead daily English morning reading sessions and actively engage with students during outdoor activities, using English as the primary language of interaction.
•Work closely with Chinese homeroom teachers and subject staff to monitor student progress, and contribute to parent communication and student evaluations as needed.

◉Requirements:
•Native English speaker.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
•Recognized English teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent).
•Prior teaching experience in bilingual or international school settings preferred.
•Strong classroom management skills and ability to create an interactive learning environment.
