Job Description
1.Curriculum Delivery
(1)Deliver IGCSE and A-Level Mathematics courses, covering modules such as Pure Mathematics, Mechanics, and Statistics.
(2)Design and implement lesson plans aligned with Cambridge International curriculum standards, ensuring close alignment with examination syllabi.
2.Student Guidance
(1)Mentor students in independent research and project-based learning to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
(2)Provide personalized tutoring to prepare students for IGCSE and A-Level examinations and enhance academic performance.
3.Teaching Management
(1)Regularly assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and exams, and adjust teaching strategies based on feedback.
(2)Participate in curriculum development and optimization, updating teaching resources and introducing innovative pedagogical methods.
4.Cross-Cultural Collaboration
(1)Collaborate with Chinese teaching teams to promote bilingual teaching integration and co-design interdisciplinary projects.
(2)Engage in school-organized international exchange activities to facilitate cultural exchange between Chinese and foreign students.
