Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-qualified Secondary General Science Teacher to join our dedicated science faculty. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and inquiry-based science instruction across middle and high school levels, covering biology, chemistry, and physics within a bilingual learning environment. The role emphasizes conceptual understanding, scientific literacy, and hands-on experimentation.

Key Responsibilities
--Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality general science lessons aligned with the school’s bilingual curriculum and international standards
--Foster a safe, inclusive, and inquiry-driven classroom environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking
--Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs
--Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, interdisciplinary projects, and school-wide science initiatives
--Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and achievement
--Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school events
--Uphold the school’s values and contribute to its vibrant bilingual community

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science Education, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of full-time teaching experience in secondary science (experience in bilingual or international school settings preferred)
Experience conducting laboratory experiments and managing lab safety
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment

Salary & Benefits Package
Monthly Salary: 28,000 – 35,000 RMB (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
