Job Description
RESPONSIBILITY
1. Schedule: 5days a week, regular weekends
2. Gain a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the kindergarten’s international educational philosophy, core values, and curriculum characteristics. Take these as core guidelines and integrate them into the entire workflow, including management, enrollment, promotion, and home-kindergarten interaction.
3. Build and maintain a communication bridge between Chinese and Western management teams to promote information synchronization and collaboration efficiency, ensuring the unified implementation of the kindergarten’s operation philosophy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native English speaker
- Minimum requirement of a Bachelor Degree (in Education or specialist teaching subject areas) - Teacher Certification
- Related teaching experience/ IB experience
- Principal experience in International school
