We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Tennis Coach to work primarily with junior players across a range of levels, from beginner to advanced. The role focuses on building strong technical foundations, developing game understanding, and fostering a lifelong passion for tennis. Candidates should have a solid personal playing background and be capable of rallying and sparring with higher-level junior players.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structured and engaging tennis lessons for junior players (beginner to advanced)
Plan and implement age-appropriate training programs focusing on technique, movement, and match play
Rally and spar with advanced junior players to support their competitive development
Create a positive, energetic, and disciplined training environment
Monitor player progress and provide regular feedback to players and parents
Identify and support talented players progressing toward competitive pathways
Assist in organizing tournaments, match play, and training camps

Requirements:

Strong personal competitive tennis background
Ability to rally and spar with intermediate to advanced junior players
Coaching certification (ITF, PTR, or equivalent preferred)
Experience working with children and teenagers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for youth development and long-term athlete progression
Fluent English required

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in junior development programs or academies
Knowledge of modern coaching methodologies and player development frameworks
Understanding of basic strength & conditioning for young athletes
