Primary School English Teacher (Native English Speaker)
School Type: Bilingual Primary School
Location: Baoshan District, Shanghai, China
Start Date: August 2026
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality English instruction to primary school students following the school's bilingual curriculum.
Develop engaging lesson plans, assessments, and learning activities tailored to young learners.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment.
Collaborate with Chinese co-teachers and grade-level teams to support student development.
Participate in professional development, parent-teacher conferences, and school events as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Nationality: UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
Current Location: Must already be based in China (valid work visa/residence permit required).
Education: Bachelor's degree or above (Education, English, or related field preferred).
Teaching Certification (one of the following):
PGCE (UK)
U.S. State Teaching License
QTS, B.Ed, or equivalent teaching qualification from the above-mentioned countries.
Experience: Minimum 3 consecutive years at the same school, specifically teaching primary English.
Work ethic: Stable career history with strong references.
