Positions Open:
5 ESL & Homeroom Teachers
(Age group: 2–6 years old)

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above

Between 22 and 45 years old

TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification + at least 2 years of kindergarten English teaching experience

Clear criminal background check

Native English speaker

TEFL in China / PGCE / QTS / other teaching license preferred

Strong teaching, presentation, written and verbal communication skills

Start Date:
August 2026

Working Hours:
8 hours per day (Monday to Friday)

10–18 teaching periods per week (within office hours)

Each period: 20–30 minutes

Class Size:
18–25 students per class

Salary & Benefits:
Monthly salary: 18,000 – 25,000 RMB (pre-tax)

Paid holidays: Winter / summer breaks, national holidays, plus one day off for Christmas

Winter break: approx. 25 days

Summer break: approx. 55 days

Allowance of 15,000 RMB per break (duration subject to school academic calendar)

Meal allowance: 450 RMB/month

Housing: Free on-campus apartment or housing allowance up to 2,400 RMB/month

Utilities: 300 RMB/month covered for water & electricity in school apartment

High-end medical insurance (direct billing + VIP service at designated domestic hospitals)

Flight allowance: up to 10,000 RMB per school year

Renewal bonus: 6,000 RMB
