1.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 working hours per day;
2.Student level: High school students, Grades 9-12;

Job Description

1.To teach the curriculum established by the school, integrating the curriculum with the school's Educational Objectives;
2.To take the responsibility of designing lesson plans that demonstrate a clear connection between instruction and the curriculum established by the school, selecting and using school-approved teaching strategies and classroom resources, implementing teaching research;
3.To provide a stimulating and effective learning environment for the students in supporting their learning, encouraging students' creative thinking and promote critical inquiry;
4.To maintain close partnership with parents, colleagues and the community;
5.To provide both written reports (termly) and informal communications (where required) to parents on the growth, progress, and attainment of the students;
6.To Create a safe, orderly and supportive classroom atmosphere that is conducive to effective teaching and learning;
7.Other duties as reasonably required by the Principal of International Division;

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above, major in Education or relevant fields;
2.Clean criminal record;
3.Minimum 3 years teaching experience in IBDP English B (HL preferred); IGCSE English ESL experience is a plus;
4.QTS/PGCE/US teaching license or equivalent qualification highly preferred.

Salary and Benefits

1.Salary around 29,000RMB - 32,000 RMB before tax negotiable based on experience and qualifications;
2.Airfare allowance：up to 12420rmb per school year (boarding pass and receipt needed)
3.Rental fee:up to 5000rmb pr month (rental fee fapiao needed)
4.Relocation allowance：up to 10000rmb for shipping purpose only, fapiao needed）
