Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Homeroom Teacher to join our kindergarten team in Nanchang. The successful candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children, supporting their social, emotional, and academic development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality daily lessons for kindergarten students
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
Encourage creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking in young learners
Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development
Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in school events

Requirements:

Native English speaker
Minimum 2 years of experience teaching in a kindergarten or early childhood setting
Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Female candidates are preferred
