Native English Teacher Wanted – Partner to Co-Run an Established Reading Club (Ages 3-10)

About the Opportunity
My Reading Club has been successfully operating for one year, serving children aged 3–10 with a focus on phonics, reading comprehension, storytelling, and early literacy. I am now looking for a native English-speaking teacher to join me as a partner in co-running and further developing the club.
This is not an employee position. You will share both responsibilities and rewards as we grow together.

Key Responsibilities
· Co-deliver and refine the existing reading curriculum for ages 3–10.
· Teach classes independently or together (flexible arrangement).
· Assess student progress and communicate with parents.
· Participate in strategic decisions, marketing, and enrollment as a co-operator.

Requirements
· Native English speaker from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa.
· Bachelor’s degree or higher.
· At least 3 years of teaching experience with children in a reputatable kindergarten/elementary school
· Valid teaching certification (one of the following):
· Recognized state teaching license (e.g., US state credential, UK QTS)
· TESOL, TEFL (120+ hours), CELTA, or DELTA
· Basic knowledge of Chinese is a plus
· Entrepreneurial mindset – ready to co-invest time and ideas.
· Clean criminal record.
