Job Responsibilities – Foreign Teacher
1.English Teaching Preparation: Complete lesson plans and teaching aids for the half-day English teaching activities in advance, ensuring content meets the age characteristics and language development level of the children.
2.Half-Day English Teaching: During the English teaching session, create an all-English or immersive language environment, using games, songs, picture books, etc., to stimulate children's interest in English learning and encourage them to actively express themselves.
3.Half-Day Classroom Management: Assist the Chinese lead teacher in daily classroom management, routine care, behavioral routine cultivation, and children's safety supervision.
4.Classroom Observation and Recording: Make classroom observation notes after class to understand each child's learning characteristics, behavioral habits, and developmental needs, providing a basis for individualized guidance.
5.Collaboration on Teaching Activities: Cooperate with the teaching team to carry out teaching and research activities, proactively offer teaching suggestions, and participate in curriculum improvement.
6.Home-School Communication: Communicate with parents in a timely manner about children's performance in the kindergarten (including English learning progress and daily behavior), deliver information on children's development, and promote effective home-school collaboration.
7.Assistance with Kindergarten Affairs: Assist the kindergarten in organizing various large-scale activities, social practices, festivals, and celebrations.
