Vacancy: 1 Physics Teacher

Job Description
Deliver standard, high-quality Physics instruction for the British curriculum (IGCSE and A-Level) in full compliance with official curriculum specifications, organize teaching content reasonably, and consistently maintain excellent teaching standards. Assign differentiated and appropriate homework based on students’ learning abilities, complete marking and academic feedback in a timely manner, and offer targeted tutoring to enhance students’ subject mastery and examination performance. Oversee daily classroom management, monitor student attendance, document classroom performance and academic results accurately, and maintain standardized and complete student academic records. Attend parent-teacher meetings, staff training sessions, school promotional events and other official activities as required, and fully cooperate with school teaching and administrative arrangements. Participate in and assist with the organization of Physics-themed extracurricular activities, academic competitions and extended learning programs to enrich students’ learning experience and foster scientific thinking and practical abilities. Provide academic guidance, study planning advice and official reference letter writing services for students upon school requirements.
Minimum Requirements
No gender restriction; applicants aged 23 to 60 are welcome. A Bachelor’s degree or above in Physics or related disciplines is preferred. Hold a valid teacher certification with a minimum of 1 year of relevant subject teaching experience. Prior teaching experience in A-Level, IB, AP or SAT Physics at international schools is highly preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary
Pre-tax monthly salary: RMB 20,000 – 27,000 (12-month salary per year). The final salary package is determined by the candidate’s academic background, professional certifications and practical teaching experience.
Special Allowances
Apartment Allowance: RMB 5,000; Annual Air Ticket Allowance: up to RMB 8,000
Contract Renewal Bonus
A one-month base salary bonus will be granted upon successful renewal of the two-year employment contract.
