Job Responsibilities
Montessori Teaching: Implement Montessori philosophy in daily teaching and classroom management for children aged 2-6, creating an authentic English Montessori environment.
Curriculum Guidance: Observe children's sensitive periods, provide individualized one-on-one or small group guidance, prepare materials, and maintain classroom order.
Parent Communication: Maintain positive communication with parents and participate in parent-teacher conferences regularly.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Chinese co-teachers to ensure children's daily care, safety, and development of positive behavioral habits.

Requirements
To meet China's requirements for Foreign Expert Certificate and Work-type Residence Permit, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Native Language:
Native English-speaking countries (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland preferred).
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or above required.
Note: Degree must be authenticated by the Chinese Embassy/Consulate or notarized locally.
Certifications:
Hold TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate (minimum 120 hours).
Teaching license from home country or international Montessori certification (AMI/AMS) preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of full-time early childhood education experience (reference letters or employment certificates required).
Familiarity with Montessori philosophy or experience in Montessori kindergarten preferred.
Health Requirement:
Health certificate required
Others:
Clean criminal record (background check from home country required).
Passionate about early childhood education, energetic, friendly, and genuinely love children.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: RMB 20,000 - 27,000/month pre-tax (negotiable based on qualifications and interview performance)
Paid Leave:
Approximately 2 weeks winter vacation
Approximately 2-3 weeks summer vacation
All Chinese public holidays off
