Kindergarten Teacher – Dongguan, Guangdong

We are looking for a caring and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our international early years team in Dongguan. This position is ideal for native English speakers who are committed to providing a stable and nurturing learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities
Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment for young learners
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities in line with the school’s curriculum
Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
Observe and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents
Collaborate with teaching assistants and fellow educators
Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities
Requirements
Native English speaker
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Valid teaching qualification preferred
Prior experience in early years education highly desirable
Demonstrated stability and commitment in previous roles
Strong communication, patience, and classroom management skills
