Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1.Take full charge of establishing and implementing the factory-wide quality control system. Formulate inspection specifications and operating standards for raw materials, semi-finished and finished products in accordance with Japanese food industry standards.
2.Manage the full process including incoming material inspection, in-process patrol inspection and finished product ex-factory testing. Conduct reviews on non-conforming products, formulate corrective and preventive measures to continuously reduce the defect rate.
3.Carry out daily on-site quality patrols in workshops, standardize operation procedures for frontline staff, and eliminate potential food safety hazards during production.
4.Liaise with Japanese customers, accurately interpret and pass on Japanese quality requirements, and handle customer quality complaints and feedback.
5.Organize regular quality training for all factory staff, complete quality ledgers and inspection records, and ensure smooth passage of export factory audits and reviews.
6.Coordinate food hygiene and product traceability management to ensure all products comply with Japanese import quarantine standards.
Job Requirements
1.Japanese nationality; fluent oral and written Chinese for barrier-free communication with domestic workshop and administrative teams. Native Japanese speaker capable of independent communication with Japanese clients.
2.Prior quality management experience in aquatic or food manufacturing factories; familiar with Japanese food hygiene regulations and quality inspection requirements for exports to Japan.
3.Profound knowledge of full-chain QC procedures covering incoming materials, production processes and finished goods; able to independently resolve all types of production quality abnormalities.
4.Strong on-site management skills, rigorous, detail-oriented and principled; capable of solving various factory quality issues independently.
5.Able to work full-time on-site at the factory in Penglai, Yantai. Candidates with QC experience in aquatic processing are preferred.
