Basic Information

Position: Foreign English Teacher
Work Location: Dalian, China (Training School)
Weekly Workload: 20 teaching classes per week
Days Off: Two days off per week

Salary Package

- Native English Speakers: RMB 22,000 – 25,000 per month
- Non-Native English Speakers: RMB 15,000 – 18,000 per month

Job Requirements

1. Educational Background
All candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree or above majored in English or Education.
Non-native speakers are required to hold a degree obtained from native English-speaking countries.
2. Language & Teaching Quality
Possess standard pronunciation and fluent English speaking skills; deliver professional and interactive English courses.
3. Personal Qualification
Passionate, patient and responsible for English teaching work; able to adapt to training school teaching rhythm.
4. Compliance Rules
Abide by Chinese laws and school regulations, no criminal record, eligible for China work visa application.

Job Responsibilities

1. Deliver high-quality standard English courses according to the school’s teaching schedule (20 classes per week).
2. Prepare lessons carefully, design interesting teaching activities, and create an immersive English learning environment for students.
3. Track students’ learning progress, adjust teaching methods appropriately, and ensure effective teaching outcomes.
4. Complete daily teaching tasks, routine teaching summaries and other work arranged by the school.
5. Maintain positive classroom discipline and good interaction with students.
