Full-time Foreign Teacher (Montessori Bilingual Kindergarten)

Job Responsibilities

1. Be fully responsible for all-day English teaching and create a pure immersive English environment for children throughout daily campus life.

2. Cooperate with Chinese lead teachers and assistant teachers in daily class operation, Montessori teaching activities, children’s daily care, in-class lessons and outdoor activities.

3. Provide regular monthly feedback on children’s learning and growth performance, and complete children’s comprehensive evaluation every semester together with the class team.

4. Participate in parent communication, share children’s daily performance and learning progress, and maintain good home-school interaction.

Job Requirements

1. Native English speaker with authentic pronunciation;

2. Has formal kindergarten teaching experience;

3. Passionate about early childhood education, patient, loving and child-oriented; recognizes and respects Montessori education philosophy;

4. Good team player, able to cooperate closely with the class teaching team;

5. Responsible and rigorous in work, able to finish monthly and semester children’s growth reports on time.
