Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1.Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for the Group’s official website and core educational products, covering user requirement research, information architecture planning, interactive workflow design, high-fidelity prototyping and final design deliverables.
2.Drive the establishment and maintenance of the design system; formulate and implement unified visual specifications, component libraries and design principles to ensure consistent user experience across the Group’s multiple websites and product lines.
3.Conduct user research and usability testing targeting key user groups in the international education market (students, parents and teachers), and enable data-driven design decisions.
4.Oversee design quality and aesthetic positioning. Ensure the visual style of websites and products aligns with the premium positioning and brand identity for the global education market, strengthening the brand’s professionalism and credibility. Undertake extended graphic design work including campaign landing pages, posters and brochures.
5.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, development and operation teams to facilitate high-fidelity implementation of design solutions, and continuously optimise user experience throughout product iterations.
6.Keep track of global UX trends and developments within the education sector, and introduce innovative design methodologies.
Person Specification
1.Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Industrial Design or Human-Computer Interaction are preferred.
2.Minimum 5 years of professional design experience, including at least 2 years working on international projects or overseas study/work experience. Competent in both UX/UI and graphic design.
3.Portfolio must include at least two complete international or education-related projects demonstrating full-cycle capabilities from research to launch. Graphic design samples (brand VI, posters, promotional materials, etc.) are also required. Hard copies or digital portfolio shall be presented during interviews.
4.Proficient in visual design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch and After Effects. Strong motion design skills to create scenario animations and interactive motion graphics to enhance UI visual experience. Able to effectively communicate research findings, design concepts, detailed solutions and design rationale to support design reviews.
5.Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript to guarantee design fidelity, and efficiently handle multi-device adaptation and compatibility issues.
6.Competent in user research (user personas, customer journey maps, usability testing, etc.) and familiar with international design standards. Solid graphic design foundation with proficient command of typography, colour theory, typography and brand VI implementation.
7.Fluent oral Chinese for requirement communication and design presentation.
