Job Responsibilities

1. Strictly implement the RCD Espanyol LA21 youth training system, formulate targeted training plans for U7-U11 elite age groups.

2. Conduct daily training sessions, organize internal and external competitions, track players’ growth and give regular evaluations.

3. Communicate effectively with parents, share training progress and professional advice on young players.

4. Participate in talent scouting, trial training and player selection work together with the academy team.

5. Ensure safety standards during training and matches, properly manage training equipment.

6. Attend regular coach meetings, continuously optimize training methods according to LA21 standards.

Job Requirements

1. Possess valid UEFA coaching license (C/B level) or official Spanish Football Federation coaching certificate.

2. Have formal youth football coaching experience; coaches from Spanish youth academies are strongly preferred.

3. Fluent in English; native Spanish speaker is a major advantage.

4. Passionate about youth football, patient, good at inspiring young players.

5. Recognize RCD Espanyol LA21 training philosophy, willing to work long-term in Chengdu, China.
