Beijing Chaoyang kindergarten need native speaker for August:

1. Act as the exclusive homeroom teacher for toddlers aged 2-5.
2. Plan daily care, language enlightenment, sensory and physical activities in line with Montessori philosophy.
3. Monitor children’s developmental progress and keep consistent communication with parents.
4. Support parent-child courses, campus events and enrollment tasks as assigned.

Requirements

1. Native English speaker with authentic pronunciation.
2. certificate with PGCE
3. Past nursery/toddler homeroom teaching experience and genuine fondness for young kids.
4. Patient, attentive and competent to attend to toddlers’ daily living needs.

Visa & Compensation
Pre-tax monthly salary range: 20,000 - 30,000 RMB
1. Beijing social insurance including medical coverage. Foreign teachers are offered expat commercial insurance.
2. Annual home visit flight subsidy: ¥7,000/year (0–3 years service); ¥10,000/year (4 years and above).
3. 20-day annual leave each fiscal year.
4. Work physical check fully reimbursed after 1-year employment.
