Job Title: Part-Time Foreign English Teacher (Kindergarten Age)

Location: Xicheng District, Beijing
Compensation: 500 RMB per hour
Class Size: Small-group setting, approximately 6 children per session
Student Age Group: Kindergarten level (ages 3–6)
Working Hours:
- Regular Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Weekend Sessions: Flexible scheduling, offered on an as-needed basis depending on parent enrollment and demand
- Commitment Type: Stable, long-term engagement preferred
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic foreign English teacher to join our early-years program in Xicheng District. This is a part-time role with consistent weekday afternoon hours, ideal for a teacher who enjoys working with young learners in a warm, playful, and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver age-appropriate, interactive English lessons for children aged 3–6
Use songs, stories, games, and hands-on activities to build vocabulary, listening, and basic speaking skills
Maintain a positive, encouraging, and safe classroom atmosphere
Adapt teaching pace and style to suit mixed-ability groups within the small class setting
Provide brief feedback to parents or coordinators as needed (oral or written, in English)
Coordinate with the local teaching assistant or center staff to ensure smooth class transitions and material preparation
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification (or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Currently residing in Beijing
- Patient, warm, and highly interactive teaching style
- Reliable and punctual, with strong classroom management skills for very young children
