Responsibilities：
1.Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subjectcontent, pedagogical knowledge, and the needs ofstudents by providing relevant learning experiences;
2.Design coherent Instruction and engage students inlearning;
3.Manage classroom procedures and managingstudent behavior;
4.Create an environment of respect and rapport;
5.Equipment set up and maintenance, such asteaching materials and classroom decoration;
6.Document student's learning and assess students toimprove teaching and learning;

Requirements：
1.Degree or above
2.Native English speaker with Bachelor
3.TEFL/TESOL / CELTA certified or 2 years of teaching experience
4.Age from 18 to 50 years old
5.Patient, responsible; enthusiastic, culturally aware

Compensation and Benefits：
1.Salary between 12,000CNY - 20,000CNY/ monthbased on the qualifications
