Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher Job Description:
1. Location: Shenzhen city, Guangdong Province, China.
2. Contract Term: two academic years, starts in Aug. 2026.
3. Students Age: 2-6 years old.
4. Work Days: work on Mondays to Fridays, two days off on weekends.
5. Work Hours: 40 hours a week.

Remuneration and Benefits:
1. Salary: CNY24,000-CNY28,000 monthly after tax. 12 months pay a year.
2. Accommodation: housing allowance of CNY4,000 - 6,000 a month.
3. Meals: free working meals.
4. Vacation: full paid 5 weeks summer and 3 weeks winter vacation a year.
5. Holidays: full paid 13 days Chinese public holidays and one day Christmas holiday.
6. Airfare allowance: up to CNY8,000 upon the contract fulfillment.
7. Relocation Allowance: up to CNY2,000.
8. Contract Completion Bonus: CNY15,000 a year.
9. Training Allowance: up to CNY6,000 a year.

Requirements:
1. Native English Speaker.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in education, early childhood education, English, psychology or related.
3. QTS, PGCE, or other teaching license required if major dose not meet.
4. Two years China kindergarten homeroom teacher working experience.
