Job Description
• Manage end-to-end recruitment in China, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Recruit for e-commerce, sales, merchandising, sourcing, warehouse, logistics, production and administrative roles.
• Source candidates through major Chinese recruitment platforms, social media, referrals and local networks.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring with management.
• Prepare China-market job descriptions, offers and recruitment reports.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding, probation, payroll inputs and employee offboarding.
• Handle routine employee queries and support employee relations and engagement.
• Assist with Chinese employment law and HR compliance.
• Support manpower planning based on business growth and seasonal requirements.
• Maintain HR trackers, reports and employee databases.
• Manage Administrative function of the office.
Requirements
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience in China, preferably recruitment-focused.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese recruitment channels and local talent market.
• Experience in e-commerce, apparel/fashion, trading, export, logistics or manufacturing is preferred.
• Good understanding of Chinese labor laws and employment practices.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication, interviewing, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and HR systems.
• Able to work independently in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
