Salary & Benefits
- Monthly base salary: RMB 20,000–26,000 (before tax), commensurate with qualifications and experience
- Monthly housing allowance: RMB 4,000 (paid in addition to base salary)
- Total monthly compensation before tax: RMB 24,000–30,000

Teaching Load & Schedule
- 24–28 teaching periods per week (each period approximately 40–50 minutes)
- No fixed office hours – teachers are expected to be on campus for their scheduled classes and student support sessions.
- Class size: 20–30 students

Qualifications & Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent) – accepted
- Minimum of two years of full-time teaching experience (high school experience preferred)
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal communication skills
- Clean criminal background check
- Must be eligible to apply for and obtain a Chinese Z-visa
