Job description
Full-time:
Working schedule and responsibility:
*Weekly maximum teaching hour: 20, Office hour: 5hrs/week
*Provide one-on-one or regular group class instruction(less than 12 students) to Chinese students of all ages
*Focus on improving student performance on English language proficiency
*Conduct courses in accordance with set schedule
*Frequent communication with relevant departments or certain coordinators to maintain the flow of info, and to better solve the foreseeing or existing problems in teaching process
*Participate in marketing activities such as giving presentations and demo classes, or meeting with prospective students and their parents

Compensation & Benefits
*Full work visa and residence permit
*8,000RMB(after tax) per month for 25h contracts
*2000RMB housing allowance or free single accommodation
*6,000RMB Flight Allowance
*The exceeded teaching hours will be paid

*Opportunities for moving onto a full-time contract will be available based on excellent performance and personal willingness
*Opportunities for promotion to leadership positions or a set amount of bonus will be provided to teachers who stay more than one year

Qualifications required
*Nationalities preferred are American, Australian,British, Canadian, Irish, New Zealander and South African
*College degree in any subject
*TEFL, ESL, or TESOL certificate holder is preferred
*Excellent graduates majored in education/educational administration will be taken into consideration
*Patient, easy-going, with strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational skills and teamwork spirit
*With intermediate or advanced Mandarin will be given preference
*Familiarity with the Chinese education system will be given preference
