Job Title: Customer Service Officer (Property Management department)

Compensation : 80000 yuan to 100,000 per year for experienced candidate
5000 yuan per month for new graduate

Location: Chao Yang district

Responsibilities:

1、Responsible for administration work of the designated area
2、Responsible for the communication between Service center and property owners, handle complaint and inquiries from expats
3、Safety control of designated area
4、Registration work of expats, lodgers ,service staff
5、Help to improve customer service standard of the organisation
6. 、Temporary tasks given by managers

Requirement:

1、Male preferred ，English Native preferred but not a must.
2、College degree , Must be able to speak Mandarin.
3、Two year Related experiences preferred , however graduate can be considered
4、Good communication skills is a must
5、Good Team work spirit
6、Can work under pressure

Starting date: ASAP 2011
Duration: 12 month (students well come to apply)
