(Native only, With 1+ years Kindergarten teaching experience)

- teach 2-6 years old kids

-Work from Monday to Friday, 8 hrs per day

Package
•Monthly Salary (after tax): RMB 21,000- 28,000 (inclusive of housing allowance),
commensurate with the assigned city and teaching experience.
• Commercial medical insurance provided.
15 working days of annual leave (including winter holidays), fully paid;
5 working days of sick leave, fully paid;

Chinese Public Holidays.
• Children's Tuition Discount: Employees' children shall enjoy a 70% tuition reduction for the first and second child enrolled in Etonkids kindergartens.

• International Round-Trip Airfare Reimbursement: After two (2) years of continuous employment, employees are eligible for an annual round-trip economy class airfare reimbursement to their home country, with a maximum subsidy of RMB 5,000.
• Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) – Additional Compensation: The Employee is required to teach at least one (1) extra-curricular class per school term. Such classes shall be compensated separately on a per-class basis, in accordance with the ECA pay scale.
• Relocation Allowance (Actual Expenses Reimbursed)
Overseas hire: up to RMB 6,000 / Domestic cross-city hire: up to RMB 2,000, applicable to second-class train tickets or economy-class flights, reimbursed on actual expenses.
