Salary and Benefits Package:
• Basic salary + Housing allowance: 19k-20k after tax per month;

• around 4 weeks Winter Holiday
• around 4 weeks Summer Holiday
(Teachers will receive a basic salary of 5000 RMB during winter and summer vacations)
• Other paid holidays based on national statutory holidays arrangement;

Optional after-school classes: Teachers may choose to teach a 1.5-hour after-school class after the regular school day. Each class is paid at 500 RMB. These classes are optional, so teachers can choose whether or not to take them. For teachers who would like to earn additional income, the after-school classes are a great opportunity to increase their monthly earnings

Education and Work Experience Requirements:
• Native English speakers
• Bachelor Degree or above
