Based in Shandong province

Main responsibilities:
◾Establish structures and processes,
◾Cost reduction,
◾Efficiency increase,
◾Managing 7 departments,
◾Close cooperation with HQ in Germany.

Tasks:
◾Full responsibility for the management of Finance and Accounting,
◾Responsibility for and monitoring of the operation result of the company,
◾Budgeting, financial planning, including monitoring of the respective target achievement,
◾Development and establishing the controlling instruments for the business of the Chinese subsidiary,
◾Development and implementation of reporting systems following the specifications of the parent company as well as periodical preparation of financial reports for the German Group Executive Board,
◾Monitoring of all projects in process with regard to financial risks and results,
◾Further departments of the CFO are IT, Product Management, Legal Department, Procurement and Corporate Planning/Controlling,
◾Contact to local banks and securing of financing needs in close cooperation with finance department of the HQ in Germany.

Requirement:
◾At least 10 years related work experience in Finance and Administration,
◾At least 5 years management experience,
◾At least 3 years of working experience in China mainland,
◾At least 3 years of work experience in a production plant,
◾European Citizen.

above 10 years
