Job Description
Customer Service Representative (Russian Language)

As a global developer and publisher of state-of-the-art mobile games, Mechanist Games is searching for a Russian-speaking professional with a passion for gaming to join our customer service team.

Responsibilities
•Monitor, respond to, and follow up on App Store and Google Play reviews for Mechanist Games Russian language mobile games
•Operate Mechanist Games player-facing Russian social media channels with news updates and engaging original content, responding to comments and messages as necessary
•Help foster an active player base through proactive community management of forums and social media
•Work with internal development team with quality assurance on current and future Mechanist Games projects
•Actively identify, resolve, and follow up on player-reported customer service issues with Mechanist Games titles.
•Respond to Russian language emails as necessary

Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will have all of the following:

•Strong spoken and written Russian skills (native speakers or overseas study preferred)
•A solid foundation in spoken and written English
•Spoken and written Mandarin skills a definite plus
•A conscientious, responsible work ethic, equally comfortable in team settings and working independently
•Basic computer skills, including word processing, email, and social media
•Working familiarity with video game vocabulary, trends, and culture, including console, mobile, and PC platforms – current gamers are preferred
