Position: Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher

Compensation & Benefits :
▪ Salary: 25,000 – 28,000 RMB per month (before tax), inclusive of salary and housing allowance.
▪ .Full pay during Winter holidays，Half pay during Summer holidays (upon returning to work at the school).
▪ Half pay during Summer holidays (upon returning to work at the school).
▪ Meals: Free working meals provided at school.

Instructional Duties:
▪ Deliver engaging English lessons to the whole class (IC) and smaller groups (EC), typically consisting of two main lessons and one activity session daily (approx. 30 minutes per session).
▪ Implement the provided curriculum, though flexibility is required to adapt or assist other classes as needed.
▪ Conduct a short 10-15 minute morning English session focused on listening and speaking skills before the formal class begins.
▪ Prepare all necessary teaching aids and course materials in advance to ensure smooth lesson delivery.
▪ Assist with rehearsal and participate in performances for ceremonies like graduation or New Year celebrations.

Requirements :
▪ Native English speakers .
▪ Bachelor’s degree or above .
▪ Previous experience in early childhood education is preferred .
▪ At least 2 years of teaching experience in a kindergarten or early childhood education setting
