职位描述

1、负责协助杂志主编，完成杂志的选题、组稿；

Supporting Journal Editors-in-Chief in selecting submissions, developing strategies in encouraging submitted and commissioned articles.

2、组织稿件同行评议；

Handling and managing peer review for papers submitted to AME Journals.

3、策划宣传每期杂志内容，撰写导读、制作专题；

Working with the Promotion Team in selecting and delivering the best andmost relevant content to targeted readers.

4、参加国内外医学学术会议，宣传杂志。

Meeting researchers/authors at national/international medical conferences, conducting interviews and expanding influences of AME Journals.

岗位要求

1、本科或以上学历，英语专业、生物医学相关专业、或有相关工作经验者优先； Bachelor Degree or above. Academic background/major in (Medical) English or Bio-medical Studies or relevant working experience is preferred.

2、一年以上工作经验，可接受应届毕业生；

One year working experience or above is preferred. Final year of a Bachelor degree or above is acceptable.

3、对英语能力有硬性要求，能熟练使用英文与国外主编、编委、作者沟通（书面和口头）；

Proficiency in written and spoken English.

4、善于沟通和协调；

Strong communication skills with colleagues, authors/readers etc.Ability to handle multiple priorities without jeopardizing quality.

5、能适应经常性出差。

Ability to travel regularly for business purpose.
