5、员工薪酬档案管理。 负责设计和完善现有绩效管理体系，落实绩效考核方案；

6、负责绩效体系的运行，并辅导各业务部门提高绩效管理水平；

7、绩效数据分析和结果统计，并提供改善建议；

8、组织制订薪酬、绩效各项规章制度、流程，形成完整的薪酬、绩效管理体系；

岗位要求：

1、全日制大学本科以上学历，管理类专业毕业

2、五年以上人力资源管理经验，有三年以上大型企业或外企薪酬绩效主管经验；

3、 掌握现代企业人力资源的管理模式，精通薪酬绩效体系搭建及绩效管理体系搭建；

4、 具有较强的组织协调能力、沟通能力及亲和力、洞察力、认真负责；

5、 具有人力资源管理师三级以上职业资格；
