ⅠDuties and Responsibility 工作职责

1. Be responsible for the hiring, training and routine management of all Own Label BA.

负责所有美容顾问的招聘，培训和日常管理

2. Assist and supervise the store manager to manage the Own Label BA

协助并监督店长对美容顾问的各项管理

3. In charge of the customer service quality of all Own Label BA

负责美容顾问的顾客服务质量

4. Coach and supervise the Own Label BA to achieve the store sales target of own label products.

指导并督促美容顾问完成其所负责店铺的自有品牌产品的销售目标

5. Control the ordering, displaying, stock and loss of the own label products, and reduce the shrinkage.

控制自有品牌货品订货，陈列，库存和损耗，减少货品流失

6. Assist the Store Manager to complete the inventory job

协助店长完成每次的店铺自有品牌的盘点工作

ⅡQualifications 要求：

1. College or above 大专及以上学历

2. More than 2 years retail management experience 两年以上零售服务行业管理经验

3. Strong communication ability 较强的沟通能力

4. Good team spirit 具有团队合作精
