？ Job Accountabilities 工作职责
1. Provide skin technical test service to customers to help them understand their skin type.
通过使用专业的皮肤测试仪器，帮助顾客进行皮肤测试以了解自己的皮肤类型；
2. Answer customer queries with professional ideas to promote proper products.
专业解答顾客问题,推荐合适产品；
3. Offer professional suggestion on skin care；
向顾客提供专业的护肤建议；
4. Offer comfort and express facial skincare service.
为顾客提供舒适的快速面部护肤服务；
5. Clear about the feature and function of product, recommend proper products to meet customer’s need
掌握产品的特点及功能，根据需求，向顾客推荐合适的产品。
6. Selling assigned Derma Skin Brands ONLY and will NOT sell OB and achieve store sales target
按照公司要求销售相关的护肤品牌产品，达成或超额完成销售目标；
7. Be familiar with current promotion, deliver right information to customers and push sales
熟悉当期促销信息，并能够准确的传达给顾客，有效促进销售。
8. Monitor the performance of promotional items and provide regular feedback to AM and store management
掌握每期促销单品的销售情况，向AM和店铺管理组提供有效的反馈。
9. Implement the 3 Golden Rules on customer services, to raise customer services standards
贯彻三大黄金服务法则以提高客户服务水平,提升顾客服务标准；

？ Key Skills / Experience 技能要求
1. Good image, have skin care selling experience.
形象气质佳,有护肤销售经验；
2. Good communication skills and strong sense of service and with high integrity.
工作热情主动,有良好的沟通技巧,服务意识强,正直诚信；
3. Basic skin care knowledge and product knowledge；
有基本的皮肤护理知识及产品知识；
4. More than 1 year skin care sales working experience is preferred.
有一年以上护肤品销售工作经验优先。
