? Responsible for administration and internal support of IT environment for end user in Asia to ensure that service levels are achieved and end user expectations are met or exceeded;

? Provide incident analysis report and assist in improving the overall user experience with global IT team;

? Document internal service procedures and user guides;

? Manage and maintenance user IT device (Servers, PC, laptop, Router, Switch, NAS, PBX, Video conference) and office equipment. Perform timely user hardware and software upgrades as required;

? 1st line support for ERP (AS400, Movex, SAP) and IT application (Hyperion, Tagetik, Cornerstone, Cognos);

? Maintain inventory of all user equipment, software and software licenses;

? Other responsibilities assigned by IT Manager.

? Good English read & written ability;

? Excellent knowledge of ERP and independent problem-solving skills;

? Excellent desktop software support skills, including Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2019;

? Excellent skills about Windows server 2019;

? Excellent SQL or DB2 Scripting skills;

? Intermediate LAN & WAN networking skills, be familiar with data backup/disaster restore;

?Flexible for work location; customer orientation.

? Maintain inventory of all user equipment, software and software licenses;

? Other responsibilities assigned by IT Manager.
