Job Description

1. Secure understanding of local market, consumer & life at home and define positioning and visitation opportunities through fact-based insights

2. Define and drive marketing strategies, tactics and action plan in the store that achieve competitive position and brand positioning growth in the local market

3. Drive local external communication plan (content and media) in most effective way to attract new and frequent visitors ensuring that the overall marketing communication is aligned with the IKEA Concept and IKEA Brand guidelines

4. Develop active IKEA Family loyalty constantly increasing new members, activation (rewards and benefits) and retain through an intimate understanding of both, members and non-members, perspective

5. Drive commercial and corporate PR plan, secure relationship with media & influencers, and provide support to local spokesperson (Store Manager) on activities or issues

6. Drive internal communication in the store involving relevant stakeholders and securing red thread throughout

7. Secure effective implementation of communication and events (including but not limited to: 4 launches, designer talks, makeovers, effective catalogue & brochures distribution, local webpage, events and etc.)

8. Follow-up results of executions, measure ROMI and translate follow ups into meaningful learnings that will drive difference and enable learning culture

9. Plan and control local marketing budget

10. Lead and manage the marketing team by ensuring the necessary resources, processes and ways of working, people development and collaborate with colleagues in the store and matrix to achieve result
