一、日常部门管理及生产制度标准建设

二、目标计划管理： 1、组织开展公司生产中长期规划制订工作，提交讨论、审核、审批，并予以完善调整。

2、组织开展公司年度、季度、月度工作计划的制订工作，并对完成情况进行监督跟踪。

3、组织制订安全生产年度目标、管理方案以及相关工作计划，并监督落实。

4、将安全生产年度目标分解落实到各部门，并对执行情况进行检查监督，并提出考核建议。

三、生产过程管理：1、制定生产计划并定期检查生产计划的落实和完成情况。

2、 积极开展生产过程的持续改进 监督生产人员严格按照公司生产操作流程执行相关任务。

3、 管理生产现场的物料、低值易耗品、工具设备的需求工作，保证生产现场的及时用料。

4、 组织协调生产设备的运转，对生产能力的进行调配。

四、安全生产管理

五、生产设备管理：1、组织开展设备日常维护检修策划，制定设备日常维护大纲。

2、 组织开展设备消缺、预防性维护、点检及专业巡查等日常维护工作，并对工作执行情况进行监督、检查。

3、组织各专业开展月度维护分析并进行审核，包括：消缺情况及费用、缺陷分析、预防性维护完成情况及费用、设备状态评估、重复性缺陷、生产物资领用等。

六、生产辅助设施管理：1、 组织开展厂区设施和生产设施的检修维护管理。

2、 组织开展生产设备设施防腐、保洁工作的统筹管理。

七、生产经营数据分析： 1、对生产、环保、经营分析数据进行审核。

2、 审核生产相关的统计资料与报表，分析产能、产量、物耗等方面的基础数据，为公司成本管理及经营决策提供有力依据。

岗位要求：1、本科及以上学历，管理、粉末冶金、制造等相关专业

2、6年及以上制造行业相关工作经验，3年及以上部门管理经验。

3、了解现代企业内部运行机制、熟练掌握现代企业经营管理框架。

4、熟悉国家相关安全、职业健康、环境保护法律法规及事故处理办法。

5、熟悉粉末冶金行业及公司产品生产运作相关知识。
