1、负责对新供应商进行导入评估；

2、开展供应商过程审核和定期审核，督导供应商加强质量管理体系；

3、参与供应商初始样品的评审工作，配合新产品试制过程中的测量、试验，负责提供新产品检验、试验报告；

4、供应商OTS，PPAP批准；

5、供应商来料和过程中的质量问题日常处理，督促供应商对质量问题分析改善，及时处理质量问题确保产线生产；

6、跟踪供应商的改善措施，验证其改善的有效性；

7、供应商的绩效评估;

8、协助开展工厂内部过程审核及体系审核;

9、领导交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，机械制造或自动化等相关理科专业；

2、1年以上生产制造业工厂SQE相关工作经验；

3、熟悉APQP/PPAP 质量管理工具及TS16949质量管理体系；

4、责任心强，有较强的判断及分析能力；

5、良好的沟通协调能力及良好的团队协作精神；

6、熟练的英语听说读写能力；

7、江阴本地或周边地区的候选人优先考虑；

8、优秀应届毕业生亦可。
