工作职责描述Aufgabe
1.必须具备返修资格或者100%检验资格。

2.能熟练掌握金相试样切割机，镶嵌机，显微镜等设备的使用和腐蚀溶液等配制以及相关信息等采集。
Proficiency metallographic sample cutting machine，mosaic machine，microscope and other equipment and the use of corrosion solution preparation and collection of relevant information.
3.严格按照（金相试样切割机操作方法 镶嵌机操作方法 磨抛机操作方法 显微镜操作方法）以及切割报告模版标准按要求进行作业。

4.按照《设备使用规程》要求正确使用和保养设备与工装。
In accordance with the"equipment rules"require the proper use and maintenance of equipment and tooling.
5.严格遵守《焊接车间内部质量控制与组织管理》

6.严格按照《切割作业指导书》标准要求进行切割作业

7.按照《设备日常点检》要求正确使用和保养设备与工装。

工作经验：Arbeitserfahrung
具备两年以上切割相关工作经验 Have more than one year cutting related work experience.
实际操作能力 Bedienungsfahigkeit
动手能力强 Strong hand-on skill
视力或矫正后不低于5.0 visual acuity or corrected visual acuity of not less than 5.0.
