主要职责：

1、公司运营所需原辅材料，包装材料、动力设备，备品备件、厂房设施，第三方服务等采购。

2、供应商开发、季度/年度考核及管理。 3、采购行情分析及渠道建立，采购价格的管理及控制。

4、采购订单、采购合同签订及交货执行跟踪，处理各类订单合同执行中的异常问题。

5、负责岗位职责范围内采购成本的下降目标达成。

6、采购台账整理，定期与供应商对账，供应商付款申请及跟踪执行等。

7、根据各部门需求制定和完成采购计划，编制采购预算，控制采购成本

8、独立负责Buyer小组，给下级成员提供引导或支持并监督他们的日常活动，管理下属人员的KPI绩效。

9、定期汇报职责范围内的采购工作，月报/周报提交。

10，其他上级别领导安排的事项。

岗位要求：

1、本科以上学历，3-5年以上大型制造业采购工作经验，2年以上管理经验，英语熟练，CET-6。
2、熟悉采购流程，熟练掌握采购成本核算、询价、议价、比价、定价的方法及与供应商接洽谈判技巧，熟悉供应商评估和管理。 3、具有良好的商务谈判能力、语言表达能力、协调沟通能力，逻辑思维能力
4、熟悉《合同法》、《招标投标法》等与采购工作相关的法律法规。

5、熟练使用ERP及常用办公软件。

6，良好的抗压能力，具有良好的团队合作精神。思维开阔，工作主动性强。

7，良好的职业道德，诚实，正直。较高的企业忠诚度

8，熟悉生产型企业供应链各个环节，对数据敏感。

The fuel cars of the future will be replaced by electric vehicles. With the growth of sales of new energy vehicles, the power battery as a core component has also been growing rapidly. At present, the domestic power battery gradually forms the industry pattern of high-end ternary battery scarcity, and the industry pattern of relative surplus of lithium iron phosphate and low-end ternary battery. The ternary batteries will continue to increase penetration in new energy vehicles, presumably leading the market for power lithium-ion batteries. BEST relies on SKI's world-leading three-cell manufacturing technology, and it is estimated that the project will be completed and put into production, achieving an average annual output of 7GWh/ year, and achieving an average annual sales revenue of 4.4 billion.
