Job Description
Job Purpose:Responsible for development and support ITSM tool within IVANTI Service Desk/Service Manager System, via working in international teams including projects and operation.

Main Responsibilities
1.Administer infrastructure for ITSM(IT Service Management) tool
  • Configure, administer and tune (Azure) servers hosting ITSM tool
  • Monitor system and services
2.Build, test and deploy IT Service Management processes in ITSM tool incl.
  • Configure templates & forms
  • Customize UI views
  • Design and develop complex workflows
3.Operate IT Service Management tool
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents
  • Implement changes to adapt and extend ITSM tool with additional modules and functionality

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor, University degree in relevant IT
2.IT skills
  • Deep expertise in working with different IT Service Management tools (preferably Ivanti Service Manager or HEAT Frontrange or alternatively Remedy, SAP Solution Manager, JIRA)
  • Working knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, Javascript and CSS, XML, XSL, XSLT
  • Understanding of agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of Windows server and MS SQL database administration
  • Understanding of IT Service Management processes, ideally in combination with ITIL certification
  • Ideally knowledge of additional IT tools for requirements management & testing (HP Quality Center, JIRA) or application lifecycle management (SAP Solution Manager)
  • Business process knowledge in manufacturing industry would be beneficial.
3.Social skills:
  • Ability to work both in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and on your own
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving cabilities and attention to detail and quality of performed tasks
4.Good English
