Key Responsibilities

Teach Drama classes across relevant year groups
Design engaging and creative drama lessons that develop students’ confidence, collaboration and performance skills
Support school productions, performances and extracurricular drama activities
Encourage students’ creativity, self-expression and appreciation of performing arts
Collaborate with colleagues to support the school’s arts curriculum

Requirements
✅ Native-level English speaker
✅ Bachelor’s degree or above in Drama, Performing Arts, Education or a related field
✅ Valid teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS or equivalent) required
✅ Previous experience teaching Drama in international, bilingual or private schools
✅ Strong classroom management and communication skills
✅ Passionate about inspiring students through performing arts
✅ Candidates currently based in Shanghai will be given priority
