3. Manage IT system or project.
Requirement:
1. Must have IT System Management and/or Project Management Experience of 3 years;
2. Knowledge and work experience of Programming in .NET/C#/VB.NET/SQL;
3. Good communication skills and can write function specs;
4. Preferred experience as Business Analyst.
