Supplier Identification and Qualification:

供应商识别与资质

1. Locate and identify potential suppliers that meet or exceed the needs of Sejong commodity strategies.

定位并识别潜在供应商，以达到或超越世钟的商品策略需求

2. Conduct on site supplier assessments of quality systems and process capabilities.

现场进行供应商质量体系和过程能力的评估。

3. Ensure that potential suppliers understand Sejong product requirements. Review drawing, specifications, and other product specific requirements to ensure that supplier understands and complies with all RFQ requirements.

确保潜在供应商理解世钟的产品需求。审查图纸、规格和其他产品的具体要求,以确保供应商理解并遵守所有的报价要求

Supplier APQP:

供应商APQP：

1. Verify supplier APQP activities at supplier’s facility. Ensure APQP progress/process integrity meets Sejong requirements.

在供应商工厂核实供应商APQP.以确保APQP工艺/过程的完整性符合世钟的要求

2. Assist supplier in problem solving activities to meet or exceed Sejong requirements.

帮助供应商解决问题以达到或超过世钟的要求

3. Proactively work with Suppliers to minimize and/or eliminate Launch issues.

主动与供应商合作减少或消除执行中的问题

4. Report Supplier APQP progress/problems to Sejong Project Team.

向世钟项目组报告供应商APQP过程和问题

Supplier PPAP Submissions:

供应商PPAP提交：

1. Review and ensure completeness of Supplier PPAP submissions.

审查并确保供应商PPAP提交的完整性

2. Assure PPAP timing remains on time and meets Project timing objectives.

保证PPAP保留足够的时间并符合项目的时间目标

3. Update/communicate PPAP timing to Project Team members.

及时更新并与项目组成员沟通PPAP时间

4. Assist and ensure that all PPAP requirements are met and documentation is up to date and on file for components within assigned commodities.

帮助并确保所有的PPAP符合要求，文件是最新的且是文件内指定的产品

Supplier Quality:

供应商质量：

1. Host Supplier Quality Training Sessions at Sejong’s manufacturing facilities or supplier’s facilities as required.

在世钟或供应商工厂组织供应商质量培训课程

2. Ensure that the supplier’s manufacturing processes will produce a quality product that meets Sejong requirements.

确保供应商生产出高质量的产品,以符合世钟的要求。

3. Conduct Supplier Audits of Implemented Corrective Actions Plans and SPC Charts.

管理供应商审计实施纠正措施计划和SPC图表。

4. Complete Quality Systems Assessment at Supplier’s facility.

在供应商工厂进行完整的质量体系评估

任职要求：

1. Be familiar with stamping process or welding process.

熟悉冲压或焊接过程，了解关键性能件。

2. Knowledge in manufacturing problem solving (8-D Methodology) and manufacturing processes required.

生产问题解决方面的知识（8-D 方法论）和生产工艺要求

3. Knowledge of TS16949 and CSR (Formel Q, QSB, and Q1) requirements including APQP and PPAP required.

5. Automotive experience is preferred.
