5.Analyze on production daily statistics, work out kaizen solution for better efficiency and lower cost.

统计并月报分析车间每日的生产情况，寻求改善，提高生产效率，并降低生产成本

6.Monitor production planning and balance resources to ensure capacity utilization.

监控生产计划及完成情况，平衡资源调配确保产能利用合理性。

7.Monitor transportation & dispatch, handling abnormity.

监督物流车辆调度及运输异常事件处理。

8.Control logistics cost and analyze if cost spent not in budget

运输成本的控制并分析异常支出

9.Monitor SAP in and out transactions, organize cycle count to ensure accuracy

监控SAP进出库工作流程，组织月度盘点确保帐务准确

10.Communicate with customer and supplier, ensure On-Time-Delivery to keep from shortage to production.

Requirements:

任职要求：

1、College above, majored in mechatronics and automotive is preferred.

大专以上学历，机电一体化及汽车工程背景优先；

2、Five years’ experience on shop-floor management, automotive management experience is preferred.

五年以上生产现场管理经验，汽车行业管理经验背景优先；

3、Good at communication, coordination and able to work under pressure.

具备良好的沟通协调能力，抗压能力强

4、Familiar with ISO & TS16949 system, good at problem-solving and keen observer on shop-floor issues.

熟悉ISO及IATF16949体系，具备较好的解决问题能力及良好的发现问题能力

5、 Experienced in emergency cases, good logic analysis ability and good accountability.

有应对突发事件的经验，具备良好的逻辑分析能力和责任心。
