Job Description
1. 了解客户的质量要求,掌握客户对供应商管理的流程或者要求,按客户要求开展工作Know about customer's requirements on quality, master the process of supplier management from customer.
2. 及时将客户/售后抱怨反馈至公司相关部门,协助内部相关部门分析问题,并出具整改报告Feed back complaint from customer/Warranty to related dept in time, coordinate with them to analyse the issu and fill out the report
3. 按客户要求监督责任部门的整改进度,并及时回复客户 Monitor the improvement made by responsible dept according to customer requirement, and reply to customer in time
4. 走访客户/4S店,听取客户建议,掌握公司产品在客户处的加工流程等信息 Visit Customer/4S shop to get their suggestion, obtain process and all the info about our product in customer site.
5.参与FMEAs和过程控制的开发以保证过程控制计划满足客户要求Developpment of FMEAs and process control in order to satisfy the customer's demand.
6. 保持与客户的良好沟通,按时完成公司和用户要求的质量文件编制; Keep good communication with customer, edit quality/documents according to the requirements of company and customer on time
7.生产线质量活动改善推进 Speed up the improvement on quality action to the production line.
能力要求
1.本科或以上学历,机械、工程和相关专业优先 Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred.
2.在质量相关领域有3年以上工作经验,有制造行业和汽车行业工作经验者优先Above 3 years work experience in quality related function, ideally in manufacturing environment, automotive industry experience preferred.
3. 良好的客户沟通经验,有和大众或其他欧美汽车厂商工作经验者优先Good communication skills with customer, experience with customer VW or other automotive construction is preferred
4. 熟悉质量管理知识(TS16949, 控制计划,FMEA, PPAP等)/ 质量体系审核/相关产品和工艺知识(如注塑,喷漆,镀铝等)/6西格玛 / 精益制造/ VDA6.5内审员证书(优先考虑)/ 8D报告 Quality management knowledge (TS16949, control plan, FMEA, PPAP, etc.)/Quality System Audit?Related product and process knowledge(e.g.injection, laquering, metalization,etc.)/ Six Sigma/ Lean Manufacturing / VDA6.5 internal auditor certificate ? 8D report
